Our training programs start with advanced movement assessments to uncover the root cause of limitations and pain. By focusing on functional movement first, we create a foundation that allows clients to safely build strength, conditioning, and confidence. This approach is especially effective for those who have tried therapy or workouts in the past but never achieved long-term results.


Sessions combine strength and conditioning principles with Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), a rare and highly effective method. With only three certified DNS Strength and Conditioning Coaches in Texas, Fitness Beyond Training offers unmatched expertise to help you move, perform, and live better.
