The initial consultation is an opportunity for the team of exercise physiologists to analyze the overall movement of a person. Based on our initial testing we can understand the preferred movement strategies or dysfunctions of a person and create a plan of action to build symmetry, performance, and fitness.

During the 50 min training session, our team will assess your progress and take you to the next step to develop your system. Depending on your abilities, we'll use everything from Olympic exercises for optimal strength and power to conditioning with very little equipment, maximizing stability, control, and skill.

Each person is going to need different equipment depending on their goals, sports, activity levels. Our team is very creative in choosing exercises that you can do at home whether you have a full gym or just a few weights/bands. We do not require any of our clients to purchase equipment but we are happy to guide you. We love to use the Gray Cook/FMT bands (www.performbetter.com/Gray-Cook-Band) in the studio as they are very versatile and easy to store.
